Sending method

For your convenience, we have provided the ability to ship products to all parts of Iran, as well as neighboring countries and the Middle East such as Türkiye, Iraq, etc.

In areas where the Chapar service is active, shipping is done through this system.

In other regions, Tipax is responsible for delivering the goods.

Bulk orders are shipped via freight.

Dear customers in Mashhad and its suburbs can benefit from instant delivery services with Snap.

We spend a lot of time and money on packaging and we do our best to ensure that the product reaches you safely and to your satisfaction. However, please note that all packages are insured and we are not responsible for any problems during shipping. Please open the packages in front of the shipping agent before delivery so that you can use the companies’ insurance in case of any problems during the shipping process.

This way, no matter where you are, our products will reach you quickly and reliably.

Shipping cost calculation:

The shipping cost is calculated with the listed companies, and the amount is determined by the shipping companies themselves based on volume, weight, and destination city, and the door-to-door delivery fee is charged to the customer.

We are not responsible for determining shipping rates and they are determined by shipping companies.
